Bonus and Promotion Rules
These rules apply to every Coquitlam Casino player who claims a bonus, free spins or any other offer through Promotions, Coquitlam Rewards or the VIP Club. They apply from the moment you opt in until the bonus has been completed, has expired or has been removed.
A. General rules
Every bonus is optional. Our Terms of Use apply to all offers, and where an individual offer lists its own conditions, those conditions sit alongside these rules.
Cash balance and bonus funds are held separately. Stakes are always taken from cash first, and bonus funds are used only once the cash balance is zero. Bonus funds become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.
In some provinces, promotional offers are visible only after you log in. This follows local advertising rules and does not change the offer itself.
B. Current welcome offer
Up to C$200 Back on First-Day Net Losses. If your first 24 hours of play end in a net loss, we return up to C$200 to you as bonus funds.

- Bonus funds valid for 7 days
- Maximum bet C$8 per round while wagering
Net loss means your total deposits in that first 24 hours minus your balance and any withdrawals at the end of it.
Registration free spins
Sign up and 20 free spins are credited to your account. Any winnings they produce carry 5x wagering, and cashouts are limited to C$100.
C. Eligibility
Offers are available to players in Canada aged 19 or over who play from a location where local law allows it. The welcome offer and registration spins are limited to one claim per player, per household, per device and per payment method.
Only accounts that have passed identity and location checks are eligible. Self-excluded players, players on a time-out and accounts under restrictions cannot take part.
D. Maximum conversion
Winnings from the 20 registration spins can be converted to cash up to C$100. Anything above that amount is removed when wagering is complete.
Withdrawals of winnings earned with welcome offer bonus funds are capped at 6 times your first deposit. Anything above this cap is forfeited when you withdraw.
E. Maximum bet during wagering
During wagering, the maximum stake per round, spin or hand is C$8. Any bet over this limit can lead to the removal of the bonus and its winnings.
F. Single bonus rule
Only one bonus may be active at a time. A new offer opens once the active bonus has been completed, has expired or has been forfeited. Queued offers begin in the order you claimed them.
G. Opting in
We never add a bonus without your consent. To opt in, select the offer in Promotions, in the cashier, or at login when it appears. Check the conditions shown with each offer before you accept it.
To forfeit a bonus, go to your account area. Doing so removes the bonus along with all winnings generated by it, but your cash balance remains yours.
H. Expiry
Bonus funds from the welcome offer remain valid for 7 days after they are credited. If you have not completed wagering within that period, any remaining bonus funds and their associated winnings expire. Free spins and other offers have the expiry shown alongside them.
I. Wagering and how each game type counts
Wagering is the total you need to stake before bonus funds become withdrawable cash. The welcome offer has 1x wagering on the bonus amount, so a C$100 bonus calls for C$100 in qualifying bets.
Winnings from the 20 registration spins carry 5x wagering, so C$10 in spin winnings requires C$50 in qualifying bets.
Game types do not all count in the same way. Each offer lists which parts of the Lobby, Live Casino and Jackpots count toward wagering and at what level. Play on an excluded game type does not reduce what you still need to wager, and some excluded games may be blocked while bonus funds are in use.
J. Bonus misuse and cancellation
Bonuses are intended for genuine play. We will cancel a bonus and any winnings generated from it if we identify:
- the same offer claimed via multiple accounts
- bets above C$8 per round during wagering
- low-risk betting, for example placing stakes on both possible sides of a result
- group play or shared information to clear wagering
- use of a payment method that does not belong to you
Where abuse is serious or repeated, we may remove access to Promotions, Coquitlam Rewards and the VIP Club, and restrict the account.
K. Changes
We can amend, pause or end an offer, for example where local rules change or an error appears in the offer. Any bonus you claimed before a change keeps the conditions it had when you opted in. Updated rules are posted on this page with their effective date.
